[2025 GKS-G Application Guidelines for Cheongju University]

We want to express our sincere gratitude for your interest in Cheongju University.

Please refer to the 2025 GKS-G Application Guidelines, outlined by National Institute for International Education for the application forms and required documents.

The application period and interview schedule are as follows:

1. Application Documents Submission Deadline(Email): April 9(Wed), 2025.

 a. Please send scanned documents except for a recommendation letter via email (heawon3026@cju.ac.kr). 
 b. For the soft copies, please email all required documents in a combined PDF file.

2. All physical documents by mail/post/EMS(Express Mail Service) must arrive at Cheongju University by April 16(Wed), 2025.

 a. GKS-G applicants must submit both soft copies and physical documents.
 b. No additional documents/portfolio besides those mentioned in the 2025 GKS-G Application Guideline are required.
 c.  Please ensure all documents get consular confirmation(or Apostille).

3. Document Screening Results and Interview Schedule:

 a. Announcement date: April 18(Fri), 2025.
 b. Notification method: Website (Cheongju University, International Affairs) and individual email.

4. Interview Schedule: April 21(Mon) to April 25(Fri), 2025.
 a. Interview time per applicant: 15 minutes.
 b.  The interview will be conducted in a multiple-person format.


* Applicants from Myanmar would be exempted from getting apostilled documents, but the applicants who passed the second round of selection would be required to submit all the documents with apostille.

청주대학교에 관심을 가져주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다.

2025 GKS-G 지원서를 제출하시기 전에, 국립국제교육원(NIIED)에서 제공하는 지원서 양식과 필수 서류들을 반드시 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

지원서 제출 기간 및 면접 일정은 다음과 같습니다:


1. 지원 서류 제출 마감일(이메일): 2025년 4월 9일(수)
   - 추천서는 제외한 서류는 스캔하여 이메일(heawon3026@cju.ac.kr)로 제출해 주세요.
   - 모든 서류는 하나의 PDF 파일로 합쳐서 이메일로 제출해 주세요.


2. 서류 원본 우편/택배(EMS) 제출 마감일: 2025년 4월 16일(수)
   - GKS-G 지원자는 PDF 서류와 원본 서류 모두 제출해야 합니다.
   - 2025 GKS-G 지원 안내서에 명시된 서류 외에는 추가 서류(포트폴리오 등)를 제출할 필요가 없습니다.
   - 모든 서류는 공증 또는 아포스티유 인증을 받아야 합니다.

3. 서류 심사 결과 및 면접 일정:
발표일: 2025년 4월 18일(금)
   - 발표 방법: 청주대학교 국제교류처 웹사이트 및 개별 이메일을 통해 안내됩니다.


4. 면접 일정: 2025년 4월 21일(월) ~ 4월 25일(금)
   - 지원자별 면접 시간: 15분
   - 다대다 면접 예정
