On Tuesday, November 7th, the Cheongdokkaebi Night Market event was held at the University Culture Plaza of Cheongju University.

On this day, from 3:30 PM to 9 PM, programs were held for Cheongju University students to welcome the fall of youth, including various wonderful club performances, fun night market booths and flea markets, and delicious food trucks.

A total of six food trucks were present during the event, and table zones were arranged so that students participating in the night market could enjoy food and events simply and comfortably.

Additionally, a total of six clubs operated club booths during the event. Each club took advantage of its unique characteristics and provided students with a variety of activities.

Dae-young Ko, an aircraft mechanical engineering student who participated as a member of the Blue Bulls club, said, “I was proud that our club provided fun to students by holding a night market.

However, he said “But it was disappointing that people didn’t pay much attention to the booth because they were watching the performance.”

The club performance and student song festival excited Cheongju University students. There was a club performance from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, followed by a student song festival from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Selemander and Distortion livened up the atmosphere of the night market through band performances, Citycore rap, and Able dance.

Seong-yoon Jang, a Distortion member who participated in the club performance, said after the performance, "I wanted to leave memories of the year for the last time due to graduation, and it was nice to be able to end it with a Cheongdokkaebi performance.

I hope Distortion will last forever even after I graduate.”. In addition, Distortion member Seong-bin Lim expressed his feelings, saying, “I was disappointed that I was immature with the sound settings right before the start of the performance, that I was not able to show my 120%, and that I was not able to play a little more at the end.”

Many students could be seen sitting down and enjoying food after buying it from a food truck. Students took time to participate in the event to create another unforgettable memory. Additionally, those who showed off their talents were greeted with loud applause and cheers.
