The Uam Daedong Festival was held for three days from the 23rd to the 25th of last month to commemorate the 76th anniversary of its opening at Cheongju National University's Sports Complex and around the Student Culture Center. At the Festival, various affiliated programs, club performances, CJU Music Festival, and celebrity performances were held.
During the festival, a total of 25 food trucks and 20 flea market stalls entered the school. Also, tables were placed in the university culture square so that students could enjoy food truck foods comfortably.

Water sports events such as water parades and water slides were also prepared to cool off in hot weather. On the first day of the festival, many students participated in the water parade to escape the heat and enjoy playing in the water.
Eom Ye-sung, a nursing student who participated in the water parade event, said, "It was good to relieve stress from assignments and tests, and it seems to be more fun compared to last year's festival.“
On the first evening, the stage of the central clubs was held. Triangle and Celemanders entertained students through singing and bands, and Citycore through rap. Ascentic through singing, Able through dancing made the festival atmosphere hotter.
Kyung Gyuhyeon, a student of the Department of Tourism Management who participated in the club performance, said, "When I stood on the stage of the club performance, I was surprised because there were many people, I was nervous, and it was good that the stage was well prepared. “
He also expressed his feelings, saying, "As a festival participant, I thank you for systematically preparing for the festival stage and the festival.“

On the first day of the festival, performances by Yang Da-Il, An Jiyeong, and PSY were held. Students began to line up before 6 o'clock, in order to enjoy the performance from the enrolled student zone.
Many people also gathered in the area outside the student zone, and there were many students who enjoyed the performance on a mat on the playground stand. Not only the students of our school but also the surrounding residents gathered at the school to enjoy the performance.
As An Jiyeong, Yang Da-Il, and PSY performed the atmosphere of the stage is heated, For a safe performance, students and police officials worked together to order to ensure student safety.
On the second day, students also enjoyed food trucks and various booths. We could see students buying food at a food truck and enjoying it at a table in the cultural plaza. In the evening, the CJU song festival was held. Students cheered a lot for those taking the time to show off their talents.

On the second day, performances by Limelight, Mirani, Leellamarz, and Heize were held. Although there were relatively fewer people than on the first day of the festival. There were still many students who came to see the performance of their favorite singer. The students sang along with their favorite songs and enjoyed the festival. The second day's performance also ended successfully.

Students of the student council who participated in the festival as staff planned and managed events for students to enjoy. Raon Kim Yu-min, chairman of the 37th Association of Clubs, said, "I hope students will enjoy the festival, maintaining order so that they can enjoy the festival safely.“
After the festival, Kim Gun-woo, a student of the Department of Digital Media Design, said, "The two-day festival was fun, and the performances fit the weather well and the celebrity lineup was good."
