Our university get the highest A grade in the 2021 annual evaluation and comprehensive evaluation (Type 1) of the university innovation support project conducted by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Research Foundation.

 

Our university received an A grade in the evaluation of project promotion performance, appropriateness of project cost execution, business performance management, and comprehensive performance, received an additional 20% incentive.

 

In the evaluation of the university innovation support project, our university was highly praised for its consistency between the university innovation support project and the university's mid- to long-term development plan and pursuing experience and problem-solving-oriented educational innovation.

 

Our university decided to prioritize financial investment, and executed the budget based on objective indicators in order to link mid- to long-term development plans and business performance and create synergy effects. Especially, considering the educational field as the top priority was consistent with the purpose of educational innovation.

 

In addition, the clarification of the linkage between the university innovation support project and the university development plan, establishment of own evaluation system for business performance analysis and reflux, derivation of business improvement measures based on the results of problem analysis, the excellent achievement of autonomous performance indicators is the main cause of grade A acquisition.

Our university was evaluated to have secured a foundation for continuous innovation at the university by analyzing the degree of achievement of autonomous performance indicators annually and valid reviewing future improvements and complementary points.

 

Min-Cheol Ha, Director of planning department said, “Pursuing educational innovation centered on experience, field, and problem-solving, and strengthening education based on convergence by operating convergence academic affairs system of a self-directed type is the driving force to obtain A grade for university innovation support projects.


An additional 20% incentive will be used for education expenses for students, such as improving the educational environment and we will do our best to train future creative talents.”
