Cheong-Ju University and Uconsystems signed an MOU for the development of the unmanned aerial vehicle
On the 25, our university announced that our university has signed a business agreement with Uconsystems to develop technology for unmanned aerial vehicles and to train professionals. Unconsystem is one of the leading companies in the localization of unmanned aerial vehicle equipment.
The signing ceremony, which was held in the conference room of Cheongju University's main building, was attended by our university President Cha Chun-soo, UconSystem CEO Cho Ki-dong, Kim Tae-hyung, the head of the Department of Aeronautics, unmanned aerial vehicle major PD Moon Jung-ho, and the managing director Bae Jin-geun.
Through this business agreement, our University and UconSystem will cooperate in field training, internship opportunities, technical support, and joint projects using professionals. they will also cooperate in consignment education and graduate school curriculum, and joint use of experimental and research equipment and facilities.
UconSystems developed an army reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle in 2008 and supplied the second domestic military unmanned aerial system used by the South Korean military.
It also exported ground control equipment for unmanned aerial vehicles to the UAE Air Force for the first time. And in Korea, they launched agricultural unmanned control helicopters, control drones, and spatial information drones.
